Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal to provide you with superior service at all times. My expertise in the Turlock, Modesto, Ceres, and Merced areas, and extensive real estate experience will benefit you whether you are buying or selling a home, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.

A Little about Me: 

As a young child I grew up working in the fields of the Great Central Valley. Summer vacations meant working long hours. The lesson paid of dearly, instilling in me the simple belief that anything is possible through dedication and hard work.  It is the cornerstone of a philosophy that has helped many people turn the uncertainty of buying or selling a home into a positive experience.  I use my market savvy and strong negotiating skills to help clients make informed decisions.  It's a commitment that never ends.  For over ten years I have volunteered at West Side Ministries, an organization providing education, food, and shelter for the West side community of Turlock.  I am also a director of the Stanislaus County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  People are the most important things to me and serving their needs is my focus.  When I give someone the keys to their new home, I tell them "This isn't the end of our relationship, this is just the beginning".

Mi objetivo como agente de Bienes Raíces es proveerle el mejor servició.  Mi especialidad en las areas de Turlock, Modesto, Ceres, y Merced, ademas de mi extensa experiencia en bienes raíces le beneficiará si usted desea vender o comprar una casa, y si es usted un cliente que regresa; tome ventaja de los recursos que le ofrezco.

Un poco sobre mi vida:

De niño crecí trabajando en los campos del Gran Valle Central.  Los veranos comúnmente significaban largas horas de trabajo.  Sin embargo, mi trabajo ha valido la pena.  Inspirando en mi, la simple creencia de que todo es posible con dedicación y esfuerzo.  Es una filosofía lo que ha ayudado a varias personas a cambiar su incertidumbre por comprar o vender casa, en una experiencia positiva.  Yo uso mi conocimiento del mercado y métodos fuertes de negociación para ayudar a mis clientes a tomar decisiones informadas. 

Este es un compromiso que nunca termina.  Por más de diez años he sido voluntario en West Side Ministries, una organización que provee educación, comida, y hogar para  la comunidad del lado Oeste de Turlock.  También soy el director de la Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Condado de Stanislaus (The Stanislaus County Hipanic Chamber of Commerce).   

La gente es lo más importante para mí.  Mi meta es ayudarles a tomar una buena decisión al comprar o vender su casa.  Si usted desea vender o comprar su casa, trabajaremos juntos para lograr la meta.  Es agradable cuando le entrego a alguien las llaves de su casa, siempre les hago saber que no es el final de nuestra realción sino, solamente, el principió.
